The City of Phoenix has asked The Trunk Space to get a Certificate of Occupancy. A Certificate of Occupancy is a document issued by a local government agency or building department certifying that a building has been satisfactorily inspected and is in a condition suitable for occupancy. All businesses in Phoenix are suppose to have one, most don't but due to a city crack down we gotta get one. Just to get the certificate costs $600.
